Leslie Cirillo Plante is Director, Information Technology Compliance for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, a global healthcare leader. Leslie earned a BA in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1986 and an MA in Clinical Psychology, also from Fairleigh Dickinson University, in 1989, specializing in medical compliance. She began her career in Sales and Marketing Systems at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in 1986, working as a Business Analyst. Leslie left Sandoz in 1991 to pursue a career in Marketing and Advertising, holding positions of increasing responsibility in the industry. She has worked extensively in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries in the area of new product commercialization.

In 2001, Leslie re-joined Novartis, becoming a member of the Sales and Marketing IT organization. Currently, Leslie is responsible for data privacy and risk management for the Pharma Information Technology business within Novartis. In this capacity, she provides support to the CIO and his leadership team for ensuring the alignment to global security policies and procedures and coordinating compliance activities with the Global Privacy Office. She has extensive experience in pharmaceutical Marketing Systems, Change Management, and Clinical Systems Deployment.
