Marty Foltyn

Marty Foltyn is president of BitSprings Systems, a business and marketing consulting firm that assists technology, life sciences, and financial services companies in strategic planning, product marketing, and marketing communications activities. Since she founded the company in 1999, BitSprings has completed programs and projects for a wide variety of companies, including Avexus, Computer Associates, IBM, MetaFacts, Overland Storage, Peregrine Systems, Quantum, the Storage Networking Industry Association, Sony Electronics, and Vangard Voice Systems.

Ms. Foltyn has directed corporate marketing teams and provided outsourced guidance, direction, and support on a variety of long- and short-term projects in computer storage, network management, customer relationship management (CRM), and in vertical markets of high tech, biotech, healthcare, banking, accounting, and education. In addition, she guides long-term strategies, fiscal planning, and outreach activities as a board member of several non-profit organizations. She currently is a member of the GO team for LSIT, and has participated in best practices development for security, storage management, data management, and new technologies.
