Tony Pietsch

Tony Pietsch is a Southern California-based consultant who focuses on the fusion of science, engineering and software. He specializes in developing novel, cost-effective solutions to intractable problems, applying unique technologies to fields where they have not previously been considered. His background, which spans multiple disciplines, includes designing and developing diverse IT based systems, ranging from White House video security and Space Shuttle engineering cost estimation, to multiple projects in automation for both the laboratory and the manufacturing floor. Most recently he has worked on innovative drug discovery instrumentation and its integration with the life sciences. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry, electrical engineering and applied science from Caltech.
