Your use of our site means that you accept and are legally bound by the following terms and conditions (our "Terms of Use") and our Privacy Statement. If you do not wish to accept our Terms of Use and/or our Privacy Statement, you must not submit any information to us and you must leave this site immediately. Please note that membership in LSIT is subject to a separate membership application process, membership agreement, and other requirements. Account Access
You agree that you will not misuse or abuse account access and passwords. You agree that you will not disclose your password to anyone else, and that you will take all reasonable precautions to protect its secrecy.

Typographical Errors
If any price, such as membership or event registration fees, is listed incorrectly on our site due to a typographical or administrative error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any membership application or renewal, event registration or other order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the registration or order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your membership application or renewal, event registration or other order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Transaction Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an acknowledgement (whether in electronic or other form) of any membership application, event registration request, or other order that you submit to us through our site does not signify our acceptance of your application, request or order. Only your receipt of our express, written acceptance of your membership application, event registration request, or other order will constitute acceptance on our part and form a contract between us. We reserve the right to decline your membership application, event registration request, or other order for any reason.
